Before you start creating a logo it's always a good idea to do some sketching:

 

Step 1
Open Photoshop, open logo sketch and fill with black.

 

Step 2
Set line Rulers.

 

Step 3
Create new layer rename "shape1". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :14%

 

Step 4
Create new layer rename "shape2". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :45%

 

Step 5
Create new layer rename "shape3". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :95%

 

Step 6
Create new layer rename "shape4". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :85%

 

Step 7 
Create new layer rename "shape5". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :14%

 

Step 8
Create new layer rename "shape6". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :20%

 

Step 9
Create new layer rename "shape7". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :45%

 

Step 10
Create new layer rename "shape8". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :55%

 

Step 11
Create new layer rename "shape9". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :95%

 

Step 12
Create new layer rename "shape10". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :85%

 

Step 13
Create new layer rename "shape11". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :12%

 

Step 14
Create new layer rename "shape12". With Polygonal Lasso Tool ( L ), make shape , fill with white and change Opacity :15%
